FAQ

Common questions

What kind of contests can I run?

Contest Hub is built around photo contests with public voting — customers submit a photo to enter, and other visitors vote for their favorites. It's a good fit for “show us how you use it,” outfit, or unboxing-style contests.

Do I need any technical skill to set one up?

No. You set a name, prize, dates, and rules in your dashboard, and you get a page ready to share — no design or code required.

Can I stop fake votes or bot entries?

Yes. Entries and votes are screened for suspicious activity, like unusually fast submissions or automated-looking traffic, so results reflect real people.

Who owns the entries and emails I collect?

You do, entirely. You can export your entrants' emails at any time.

How is the winner chosen?

You decide when you close the contest: by highest vote count, by random draw among entrants, or by your own judgment.

What happens when my free trial ends?

You'll be asked to choose a paid plan to keep your contests live. If a contest is still running when your trial would otherwise end, it stays active through the end of that contest.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, from your account settings, no need to contact support.
