2. Information we collect

From businesses using Contest Hub: name, email, business name, and payment details when you subscribe.

From people entering a contest: the email address and photo they submit, and basic technical information (like IP address) used to prevent fraudulent entries and votes.

3. How we use it

To run the service: creating accounts, displaying contest entries, counting votes, detecting fraud, and letting businesses export the entries collected on their own contests. We do not sell entrant data to third parties.

4. Who can see contest entries

Entries submitted to a public contest (including the photo and vote count) are visible to anyone who visits that contest's page. The business running the contest can see and export entrants' email addresses.

5. Your choices

Businesses can access, correct, or delete their account data by contacting us. Entrants can request removal of a submitted entry by contacting the business that ran the contest, or us directly.
