Terms & Conditions

Last updated: [date]

This is a starting draft, not a finished legal document. Have a lawyer review it before relying on it — contests and sweepstakes have specific legal requirements (like prize disclosure and “no purchase necessary” rules) that vary by country and region, which this draft does not cover in full.

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of Contest Hub, a service operated by Digitoly Consulting (“we,” “us”). By creating an account, you agree to them.

2. Your account

You're responsible for the contests you create and for complying with any laws that apply to running a contest or sweepstakes in your region, including prize disclosure and eligibility rules. Contest Hub provides the tool; running a lawful contest is the business's responsibility.

3. Free trial & billing

New accounts get a 14-day free trial. After the trial, a paid plan is required to keep contests active. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Contest Hub to run contests that are fraudulent, discriminatory, or unlawful, or to collect entrant data for any purpose other than running the contest.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard.

6. Limitation of liability

Contest Hub is provided “as is.” We are not liable for disputes between a business and its contest entrants, including disputes over prizes or winner selection.
